I have being recording the results of every race any of my horses runs since the April 07 season and I believe the measure of the best stable is not in the amount of wins or best win percentage but by the maximum profit. Overall figures include purchases of horses, stabling fees etc whilst racing figures are for race entry / winnings only.

  • Season One April 07 to July 07 - Overall Loss of £452.40
  • Season Two August 07 to November 07 - Overall Loss of £643.51 - a profit of £908.50 was made from racing
  • Season Three December 07 to March 08 - Overall Profit of £199.24 - a profit of £2136.48 was made from racing
  • Season Four April 08 - July 08 - Overall Profit of £287.59 - a profit of £1503.15 was made from racing
  • Season Five August 08 - November 08 - N/A

Some Facts and Figures

  1. I have 256 horses in the stable with 194 G1's and 62 G2's, 124 Colts and 132 Fillies. 22 are 2 yr old, 31 are 3 yr old & 203 are 4-7 yr old
  2. Top horse in earnings is filly Betty Boot with £4283.82 (she had a net profit of £1143 as a 2 & 3 yr old).
  3. Most stable wins is the G1 sprinter filly Betty Boot with 62.
  4. Total Stable Earnings since its inception is £42846.66
  5. From 7616 runs, the stable has a 46% (3538) place rate & 14% (1076) win rate
  6. Most wins in a day was 7.
  7. Most expensive purchase was Kings Revenge at £212.55
  8. Highest Auction Sale of a horse was Chimney Thief at £19. Highest claimer sale was £36 for Red Bull Lite.
  9. Biggest Colt Time Trial ever recorded was Little Mosey and Fantastic Phantom at 22.89 at 2850 Soft.
  10. Biggest Filly Time Trial ever recorded was Henkel at 19.21 at 2850 Good
  11. Most Runs in a season was 2005 with 938 places & 299 wins for £8721.04 in earnings.
  12. In season three 123 new purchases were shot with 64 going into hibernation (likely to be shot) & 37 purchased for the promotion
  13. Most wins in a row was the G2 horse Freedom 2 Express with 4
  14. Most Runs without a win goes to Servillia with 29 and counting!
